Just done an engine swap on my classic, the donor engine was from a running car we broke that was spot on, but i now have a clicking from the trust bearing when the pedal is pressed and the clutch is biting really low. Any ideas what i've done wrong???

It is possible that the bearing is not located, but i have personally never come accross one which partially works yet......it has either worked or not.

Hence my thinking that it may be an incompatible setup or one of the parts may be worse for wear.

You may want to disconnect the slave and check for play in the clutch fork as this will tell you if there is issues in the bearing region, thinking about it, the bearing lugs may not have located correctly on the fork.

If you've got access to a bore scope you may be able to carry out an investigation through the rubber bung whilst the box is in situ.
