Default Induction noise on switch off - Normal?

Hi
I fitted my induction kit today (Pipercross) to my '96 V1 Turbo 2000, which is already running a Z4 ECU. I noticed that it blooming loud, much louder than my mates K&N.
I also noticed that my BOV is a lot louder.
My main 'concern' is that I get a sound when I switch off, like a release of pressure through the induction system, almost like a sigh... If you know what I mean.
Is this normal?
Cheers
Martin

Yeah, sounds like the turbo is just spinning to a stop.
