My clutch Pedal has been getting closer to the floor overtime and now the pedal needs pumping in the morning and struggles to get first / reverse until warmed up ? New exeedy clutch last year and not loosing any fluid ??

 

sound to me like possibly clutch master cylinder, or drawing in a bit of air somewhere.
