Default SC40 billet

What kind of bhp can I expect with a sc40 billet turbo. Its going on a sti8 with decat exhaust, fuel pump and panel filter plus remap. Would I need any thing else?

Cheers

550cc injectors or bigger.

Doesn't the STi Blob have 550s anyway?

the 550's will be on the edge at 400bhp,would be a safe bet to fit some larger ones before you pay for it mapping.

FPR added will get you there. Cheaper, and gives peace of mind in being brand new and controlling injectors better...

Does anyone have a SC400 on their car at the moment and could you tell us at what rpm does it start spooling? Would be good if its with the OP's set up above.

ive got the sc36 on my car, and it spools up very quick. i think it starts spooling at just below 300rpm, not sure tho.
mine is running at 340bhp so you will get plenty more from the 40.
