Scrap yard; chop one off a latish model high end BMW (530, 330 etc e46 onwards), or sporty VW/Audi (R32, TT 3.2 etc), then weld it into your exhaust.
Grab a vacuum solonoid while you're there (most cars have them for the charcoal cannister) so it can plumbed in and be used to switch to control the valve*.
*note: plumbed in this way will allow the flap to open when on boost regardless of setting, to have it closed whilst on boost will require a change-over solonoid and a non return valve (change over solonoid is liek the one used on classic Imprezas to the MAP sensor, none return valves can usually be found on most cars on the vacuum hose going to the brake booster).

I have one on my sti ra, it does strangle it a bit but it's ok for early starts/ late arrivals home etc. My car used to belong to Ralph at milsport so he would be able to point you in the right direction or maybe even supply one?

any more info would be good as i'm in the same position as the one with a titanium exhaust system and not being able to do trackdays..
i just tend to stick with those with no noise limits howeevr it would be nice to have it variable..
