Thumbs down Won't start first time!

Hello all, I am having a very annoying problem with my MY97 WRX. It will not start first turn of the key from cold. I am loosing the will to live with it tbh. It is definately temperature related. Sometimes when its been a warm night It will fire up first go, but otherwise no chance. Turn the key back though and start it again and it goes straight away. It starts first time when the engine is warm. So far I have done:

Coolant temp sensor
New HT leads
Cleaned cam sensor
Cleaned Crank sensor and replaced with a second hand one
Checked maf, 1 volt idle 4.5 ish wot
Checked coil pack 1 ohm across coils and 1.6 ohm between coils and earth
Cleaned and adjusted ISCV

Any more ideas????

TIA Jonny

Interesting, what makes you say that? I had wandered myself but how to go about testing it? I have a walbro fitted and can hear it prime as soon as the key is turned.

Edited to add, I have just fitted a new fuel filter as well.

It's a bot of a stab in the dark tbh. It's only as you say you have to key on then off then on again. You can get a pressure guage for the end of the fuel rail. Don't know what it should be but. I'm sure if you saw a difference between key on once and key on twice. Have you any fuel rail mods? As I said it's a stab in the dark. Do you have any access to a data logger. Don't know if it'll be any help. Not sure on an impreza but you can see desired and actual fuel pressure on some vehicles. Actually ignore that if you have no pressure sensor which I'm sure you won't have. You can't measure. Might be worth a mappers knowledge on it maybe???

Nope, no rail mods. Sounds feasable that its fuel pressure issue then I think. Possible relay of power supply issue?
