Quickshift?

Has anyone fitted a quickshift (Harvey smith or CDF racing etc.) to a 05 wrx and is it worthwhile?

i fitted one to my06wrx, well worth the money(mine cost£45 scoobyworld)..really easy to fit . takes about a week to get use to it , much faster gear change
