rear crank oil seal

rear crank oil seal
hi, just joined today 
, i have a 1994 ra rally car and i have an oil leak coming from the rear crank oil seal. i recently did the severn valley stages and the car got extremley hot as did i( very hot day and no wind what so ever). It's not using oil or burning it either and no smoke at all, so i would like to know if their is any thing i should be looking for or do( fit oil cooler?). The clutch is now slipping quite badly under power so it's gearbox out etc any help would be helpfull many thanks darren
