how do you get both bumpers off? I want my hubby to take my front bumper off but he won't touch it unless i get advice. I know there are four main screws for the front and some near the arches. The back i am totally unaware of. Please help a newbie!
Thank guys.

i may be of assistance as i took my front bumper off today (yesterday now!)
firstly there are 2 10mm bolts in each wheel arch that have to be removed, if you take some of the plastic screw/clips under the wheel arch out of the inner arch you should get access to the 2 boltsthey are hidden behind the shielding), one is located on the point where the bumper meets the arch (it screws upwards and holds the bumper on to the wing) the second bolt holds the bumper to the inner wing and is located about 10cm below the other 10mm bolt that you have just taken out (this bolt screws in from the engine outwards, it goes through the inner wing and into the side of the bumper.

secondly, there are 2 10mm bolts (one each side of the car) that screw upwards underneath the bottom of the bumper (about 30cm in from each side, roughly under each end of the grill)

thirdly there is a bracket that holds the bumper up, in the middle of the bumper underneath, this can either be undone behind the numberplate or (if you look) on the underneath of the bumper you will see another 10mm bolt which lines up with the bracket take this out(its easier!).

bear with me its easier than i have made it sound

finally, there are two 17mm bolts either side of the engine compartment, on the right (as you face the car) if you look down in front of the battery tray you will see 2 17mm bolt heads these are the main bumper bolts, the left hand side ones are situated under the swirl pot in front of the airbox (same place as the right)....

this is all that holds the bumper on, apart from the wiring of course!

so.....
no.1 remove the inside arch (or pull it out the way)
no.2 undo the 10mm bolt that holds the bumper up to the wing
no.3 undo the 10mm bolt that holds the side of the bumper to the inner wing bracket (just under the previous bolt)
no.4 remove the 2 10mm bolts under the bottom of the bumper
no.5 remove the centre 10mm bolt from under the bumper (in the middle)
no.6 undo the 4 17mm main bumper bolts inside the engine bay
no.7 pull the bumper out a little and disconnect the wires that connect to the indicators and the fog lights
NO.8 REMOVE THE BUMPER!!!!!
