I have got a sti type uk which came with ppp fitted, it will be 3 years old late septemeber and out of warranty and i am seriously considering remapping to up the power/torque. i dont really want to change any parts just have the ecu remapped better, what sort of power could be safely gained and also who would could be recommended in the west midlands to do this. the car is suppossed to be putting out around 316 bhp with the ppp, but i would like some more. the car is used as a daily ride as well as a play toy any ideas gratefully received ...

All depends on the turbo, If it`s a VF39 you`re probablly looking around the 330-350bhp mark max as turbo`s starts to run out of puff and the exhaust becomes a bit restrictive, Not sure about mappers in your area i`m in the north west and i can highly recommend Andrew Carr, Nice guy and very competative rates, Gaz.
