Default A Bloody simple puncture repair,oh No !!!!

Had a nail go into the last part of the tread block near the edge of the rim, about 4mm away from the edge.

no prob, fit my space saver, take the wheel to the tye place, cant fix that, new tyre needed, not enough space to fit the repair bung,i got the impression he was trying to sell me a tyre, my current set have 5mm left

so,is he right ?

The Tyre is a Marangoni Mythos 215/45/17

Can i fit a tyre of the same/similair tread o.k,i cant afford to replace 4 tyres for the sake of a small puncture, Grrr !

notjhings ever simple is it

It reminds me of that 80's 'little sticky rubber octopus' toy that you threw at the wall, and it'd appear to 'walk' down it. lol
