hey folks, ive recently been having probs with my v2 555 (yes its definitely one of them as i know they can be confusing haha)
i had it hooked up to a laptop by a friend of mine today and what we've found is that it's cutting the fuel around the 5 to 6k rev mark..sometimes it doesn't do this though and just overboosts.. will this just be down to not having a remap for uk fuel or could it also be something else? was hoping someone could me give some advice
cheers!

Try the plugs and coils - Had similar prob with my94 wrx. if the coils are worn out then you get a feeling like a fuel cut and or overboost feeling. V2 has the 4 coils yes?. Look under the rubber ends of each on for cracks. if they are cracked - glue em up and order some new ones.

hmmm i will check bud cheers for that. yes it has 2 coils each side of the engine. in 1st gear it does it about 6k and works it way down to 5th when it cuts about 4k if i really floor it but if i feather the accelerator then it will pick up more speed and not cut out and jolt me back or so to speak. that sound similar to what you had bud?
