Default Remap for 1994 Classic

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction!

I'm after a remap for my '94 WRX.

I've got a Decat 3" Exhaust and Do Luck Panel filter.
Recently tested at 244bhp.

Where can I get a remap done and how much power am I likely to increase by?

A lot of sites I've looked at for remapping say only 97 on or similar?

I'm down around Guildford area so closer the better though don't mind traveling for it.

Also would I receive better power getting it remapped on V POWER fuel rather than standard 95?
