Default Fitting a manifold with the engine in the car, how hard?

I'm currently rebuilding my engine. I'm waiting for a turbo inlet pipe before I fit the manifold back on.

I had a though about fitting the engine back into the car, and then fitting the manifold, fuel rails, etc.

Has anyone done this and it is a pain? I don't want to waste hours messing around, trying to tighten hard to reach bolts, if it is a pain.

Thanks, Rich.

That was my thought, easier to get around the engine when it's on a stand
