What clutch for 440HP and 400 Lbft
Ok what are the options?
I have a classic with a 6 speed box currently using an API uprated 5 speed organic which has been great but has given up after years of miles and sprints
Ideally non paddle and preferably uprated single plate.
I was thinking of going for the uprated 6 speed clutch and flywheel from API but wondering if there are any other options
Also what would be a decent price for a specialist to fit a clutch and flywheel that the customer supplied?
Thanks in advance

Helix 240mm uprated single clutch (Organic) with track driving..
just out of interest what is the price for an uprated clutch from api? as i'll be needing one soon for similar power

I would think about ACT.
I have one in my classic with 6 speeder and about the same power as your car has.
It did never ever give up on dragstarts and trackdays so far.
The clutch is a extrem duty with organic full face disc rated to about 550fb/lbs and so far I can say it takes the abuse!
(I thought it has gone on Saturday, but it was the reardiff that was damaged )

I'm running the Helix single organic on my car. My car is used everyday ranges from A,B and Motorways.
Pretty much the same feel as the OE one. Bite point is a little higher and takes a little getting used to.
I'm running 450bhp but only 386lbft so not sure with the extra 14lbft will do but not much more.
