Default air con fan

i have a 1997 sti jdm track car with air con removed.it has to fans on the rad 1 for cooling 1 for air con when engine warms up just cooling fan starts up how can i get the air con fan to work when it get hot as 2 fans are better than 1

You could wire it seperatley on a toggle switch and put it in the dash. It wouldn't be temperature controlled tho.

Beef up the relay and drive the fans in parallel.

No idea, but you could probably bridge a couple of points in the fuse/relay box where the A/C relay was to trigger the other fan. Someone else should be able to point you in the right direction on this, with a wiring diagram perhaps.
