Default sandwich plate leaking

After fitting a sandwich plate to my STI, it started leaking after a couple of weeks..so i took it to thje garage and they swapped the o-ring for a subaru one (the o-ring that came with the plate wasn't much cop they said).

Anyway...2 days later I have oil drops under the car again, not as much but they are there...

Should I ditch the sandwich plate route and get the cylinder 3 lug adapter? Or swap for a different make of sandwich plate.
