Default When to go from PFR6B's to 7's? (Q for tuners perhaps?)

Hi all

I'm curious as to what point of tune/spec people change from PFR6B plugs to 7's? At what point of tune/power do you see a problem?

Cheers

The idea of going higher plug rating is so engine runs cooler combustion (in basic terms). If going over 320bhp and more than 1.1bar boost this would make sense to do to be safer. If you use nitrous need to use 8's.

Yeah I know why you use colder plugs, i'm just trying to find the power range of the 6's on a typical EJ20 engine.
