Hayward and Scott have twinscroll system for great price.

But for this you will need remap.
And about uppipe,yes is worth.

not worth changing up pipe IMHO - the oem one, and the exhaust manifold, are good for 500bhp+. Trust me - I tried aftermarket headers and up pipe and wasted time and money as I ended up refitting the oem ones.
Miltek's work well but the weld quality is average. Hayward and Scott have a good rep, as do RCM.

As per Tim's comments, it is a total waste of time changing the up-pipe and headers from the OE twinscroll parts (certainly for up to 650bhp from personal knowledge). However turbo orientation may have a bearing on this (certainly for the up-pipe).
The OE up-pipe and headers are already tubular and are fantastic bit's of kit that provide adequate flow beyond 600bhp and maintain reliability.
This is from personal experience.

From: 1600cc's of twin scroll fun :)
Either milltek or hayward and scott, I much prefer the hayward and scott backboxes which are much nicer quality (rounded/folded tips), its the sports cats that will cost you, both systems will come in at around similar prices (1-1.2k) so not cheap unless you get the decat up pipe.
TSL do a pulse extraction system for around the 1k price range (sports cat) which may also be worth looking at (all the above are twin scroll systems)

As Shaun and Tim have said above and I guess they have this knowledge from first hand experience, the tubular Hawkeye Spec C exhaust manifold is well designed and manufactured and any improvement will be so slight it is not even worth getting the headers off for never mind the expense.
When the first twin scroll manifolds came out there was a bit of tarting up could be done and this was presumably pre-production header sets which could be improved with a dremel and a bit of TIG remedial but the qualities suddenly improved quite noticably so I guess that was when the production method was revised for on going production.

The Miltek is a good compromise between noise and performance, it has two silencers and doesn't attract any unwanted attention. Go for the RCM if you want max performance but be warned, it is loud.

The RCM isn't that loud. There are 2 systems the silenced version which is louder than standard but much quieter than the likes of Nur Spec and HKS etc and there is the Team Ice which is plain daft.I had the silenced version on mine and it sounded fantastic, much nicer than the raspy miltek and H&S systems
all IMO of course,i am sure other people have had different experiences
