Hatch STI IIRC, around 370/380 possibly more. I think Dynamix has mapped said turbo on a GD car?

I believe the VF49 is a JDM twin scroll turbo, not sure what the bhp/torque capability is as there very little information on them.

I'd be interested to know if it would be a good upgrade for the VF36 on my Spec C.

I think that the VF49 is used by Prodrive in the Hatchback N14 cars that they build.

http://www.adgespeed.co.uk/parts.asp

Have a look at the turbochargers listed on Adgespeed's parts page.

Prodrive's PDF brochure on the N14 Impreza

https://www.prodrive-sales.com/banne...20brochure.pdf

I could be wrong though...

Perhaps this VF49 might just be worth looking at after all.

The torque is very respectable at around 403 lbs/ft torque plus I believe aren't these class N cars running with restrictors.

Having spoken to Bob Rawle he thinks it would be a slight backward step from a VF36 and not really any different to a V37 in real terms, looks like it's a Litchfield turbo for me next year.
