I have before that problem on Fiat Punto GT(but on my Punto GT turbo has been gone),just double check turbo(shaft play in/out or side to side),i don't think you are brought turbo from eBay aka eBay special(cheap chinese copy of TD05-16G )?

How much oil are you loosing/refilling and over what period, mile/time?

Does it always drop to the same level or will it drop to minimum level if not topped up?

Have you had the I/C inlet off to check for oil and also around the DV?

The oil level should not be upto the max '<' notch but upto the top 'o' in the dip stick, check this and drain a little off if needed.

Too much oil, and it gets into the intake via the breather returns for the crankcase.

Can also cause boost issues.

Not quite so ramdom eh
