Default max power using standard gaskets and headbolts

whats max power u can push with standard headbolts and gaskets. cooked my cometic and arp head bolts. no long have streams of cash to put it exact. currently 320 320. wud like to run 380ish. but need to know if these components will hold

i think its more along the lines that people 'uprate' parts to help an uprated higher power requirement. At the end of the day, the parts installed are for the standard set-up. If you want more power then it is recomended to 'uprate' parts to help it cope & be more reliable rather than letting the strandard parts work outside their expected tolerences.
As for head gaskets i would have thought that an 'uprated' version should help but iff you have cooked them, then possibly a bad fitment? did you get it re-checked & tightened etc after a 'run-in/settling in time'?
I had standard headgasket & bolt set running practicallly same power & never had any issues after a rebuild.

water pipe split. lost all water, didnt know, was on motorway and cooked bad. thats why is went wrong
