Default ALLOY WHEEL COLOUR,HELP PLEASE.

am in the process of refurbing my scuffed wheels....can anyone clarify if there is more than one gold used on subaru wheels?,they are not the 10 spoke bbs wheels, all the paint shops i've enquired at only seem to recognise the light gold colour...mine are more of a yellow gold...any advise anyone.

Yes there is depending on year of car.
Whoever made the wheel should be able to supply or at least tell you the paint code.

Had my wheels refurbed very recently, and although not an exact match for gold on there orginaly, i like em lighter and glossy.
Mine were done by M444GY at RTS for £135 for 4...So im a very happy man..lol..

Above wheels are OEM Bugeye 17" STi Jobbies. Slightly divergent spokes and those dimples in the rim that need a toothbrush to get clean LOL

Don't know the OEM gold, but you won't go wrong with Speedline's gold - the best gold IMO:-

Paint producer: Akzo Nobel
Gold code: 7E 81208

This is the gold as on the Turini wheel et al - a really cool looking bright, light gold (not the duller, darker "yellow"! lol).
