I've yet to plug in my PFC and investigate, but perhaps you can help me in advance.

Is it possible to reset to the base map using a Commander rather than a laptop?

Cheers

If you go into etc menu and select intialize, that will put it back to the original apexi map.

as said you can but I assume as your car pic is green you have a uk car?

it wont run on a uk car wihtout changing pins on the loom and the map is way way off as the cars are very different under the bonnet

Yes, it's a UK car. I'm familiar with swapping the crank and cam signal wires - i'm intending to do this inside the ECU to make it more plug'n'play.

I've seen comments on here (some by you I believe) commenting that the spark table is too advanced for UK spec/fuel. That's easily resolved, but if the MAF scaling and injectors are a different size that'll be a different story. Perhaps you can clarify on this.

97 + 98 UK cars also need the fuel pump relay ground wire moving to a different ecu pin location.

97/98 UK turbo has 380cc injectors and different MAF to the STi variant (which the PFC base map is designed for, and will need the relevant tables adjusting to suit.

Ignition and Fuelling tables also need modifying for UK/WRX and UK fuels.
