fuse box location

fuse box location
hi can anyone tell me where the fuse box is please as my side light are not working iv checked the fuse box under the bonnet and all the fuses are ok is there another fuses box any where else? please help

pull out small cubby hole down by your knee as when you sit in drivers seat,sidelight fuse is top line ,fifth one from left according to autodata- on a 98 impreza or at least it is on my uk ?? ta dave
