Default New and need service advice

Hi. New to the site and general new to Subaru's, I have a 2004 WRX with 79k miles, it has all the books and a decent owner history but the service book only reads until 35,000, however I am aware it has been loved and cherished. wrote letters to previous owners for its service history one didn't reply, the last one. SO looking for 3 bits of advice.
1. Does anyone know of a good Subaru service Garage in the North East (SUnderland Durham, Newcastle) that isn't a main dealer as don't have the funds for main deallers.
2 Secondly what do you guys reccomend to have done, Is it ready for belts?
3 We understand that the turbo requires cleaning etc. every so often, any advice on that?
My background is heavy engineering and servcing this would be bo probs, along with belt fitting but rather have it done correctly and have the stamp in the book. Also any idea of what we should be paying for servicing.
Any assistance would be much appreciated
