Exhaust gaskets
Please forgive my ignorance if it's been done before but I can't find anything. Got my car going in for a re-map but I'm not sure what gasket I'd need for the Prodrive Sports cat d.p. the cone/doughnut style 1 or the flat 1, and all the up pipe ones I've seen are 3 bolt not 5 any ideas?

Are you changing the uppipe as well, as if so you need a manifold to head gasket as well as upper and lower uppipe gaskets, also a gasket for the turbo to downpipe. You also need a lambda socket and plenty of wd40 to ensure everything comes undone, if you are fitting a ppp downpipe with the plate protruding from it this also needs a bit of grinding if fitting to a td04 turbo as it bottoms out in the exhaust housing before it clamps the gasket properly. Allow about 4-5 hours to do it properly

For your downpipe you will need a 5 stud gasket to join to the turbo like this :

And from your downpipe on to your centre section/cat you will want a doughnut gasket, the flat gasket goes on the centre to backbox join.

Cheers guys yeah I'm de-catting the up pipe as well so daz1968 what's the manifold gasket for does it come off to fit the up pipe?
And midnight I did think I needed the doughnut one.
And lastly I decided I may be out of my depth fitting it all so I'm getting the garage to do it 1st.
