Hi I have bought a sparco subframe for my 2005 hawkeye and it doesn't fit I have gone back to the seller who say it fits up to 2004 only but as far as I am aware there is no change to the floor pan fittings as lots of people switch the wrx and sti seats?

Has anyone else had a problem with fitting/buying them as I have had my seat since July a still can't use it.

 

Floorpan/mounting positions should be the same up to the hatch model.

 

Get the buddy club rails as they are the best but a little more expensive

 

this might sound like a daft question. but there is a left and a right,have you got them the correct way around.if you have just ordered the drivers side they might have sent you the passenger one.

Yeah it is definately the righ sige one but its mostly the bracket fitting the gear box tunnel thats wahy out.

 

Just found this thread by searching. I currently have the virtually the exact problem with the drivers side Sparco sub frame, only difference is mine is 2001 Bug. The passenger went straight in no problems at all.

Anyone got any ideas, or should I just take it back to D Tweeks and get my money back ?
