Default Help Turbo Fail Me Thinks..

Went on the blackpool run last night which ended with me in Charnook Richard services for 4 hours..... So never really made the blackpool run

The thing is I pull out of the slow lane to over take a couple of cars went up to aprox 80mph the car pulled fine I returned back into the middle lane put my foot down to nip in front of the car in the slow lane and nothing happened which I thought was odd in fact very odd as the noise from the turbo was not the normal high pitched spool noise I was used to it sounded like it was spinning but it was a very deep droning noise the car was not making any boost at all I pulled onto the hard shoulder to have a quick look but couldn't find anything. I limped up to Charnook Richard services and called the AA to get me home.

There is no smoke or anything coming out of the back of the car that shouldn't it's just not making any boost and making that odd noise.

To me it sounds like turbo fail but thought I'd see what your thought's on the issue are.

Turbo TD05 20G
Apexi Power FC (mapped for engine current spec)
2.2 forged build
740cc's
walbro 255
ect,etc,etc
