boost holding off help pleeeeese
hi guys i have a my99 uk turbo the car is standard apart from cat back tsl group n system and baileys d/v also it has a psi3 ecu monitor thingy,
the thing is the monitor thing says its boos peak is 14.7 psi but when i drive it its feels like its holding back badly and its doin my head in lol
ive had new maf sensor lambda sensor and checked all the hoses yet its still doin it only thing ive found is that it goes like stink when the lambda is unplugged dont know if this is good or bad as my last scoob had no lambda anyway
i would really appriciate any suggestions on what it might be
mamy thanks in advance

rather than go by the peak boost which will be higher due to spikes, just plant it in 4th gear @ 3krpm and see what the boost gauge rises too, usually will fluctuate between 12-13 depending on how cold it is. thats standard. not the 14+ peak your seeing
