Hi

I've got a version 3 type r and I'm having a bit of trouble with it

A few days ago I was having a bit of a spirited drive but when I put my foot down all I got was a violent air leak sound and after this the car wouldnt boost atall at around 2k rpm I would get a spitting air sound and no boost atall

But today when I went to have another look at it its now boosting everytime but makes a horrible whining noise on spool up, not sure if its still making it on boost as the engine sound overpowers it

I originally thought (and hoped) for a split pipe, but considering it seems happy enough to hold 1.0 bar of boost logic (and the sound) would suggest turbo ?

thoughts please ?
