Hi matey have look here for VF35 and STi TMIC,550cc injectors....
With this setup you will see at least 330BHP.
For TD05-16G on eBay is bad idea, because out is lot of Chinese copies/knock off etc..

Hi matey i would you recommend buy up pipe(Harvey up pipe are proven,i have fitted Hayward&Scott up pipe),3 port solenoid and you will be at least 330BHP,your gearbox will be fine at this bhp.
Don't invest money to boost controllers or FMIC,TMIC is good for you and for power you are looking...

no problem. i wanted that little bit more and 265bhp does pull well i admit.
you need....
a decat down pipe and centre decat
green panel filter
i would advise a walbro fuel pump (mine needs it as its playing up)
remap

should see 265bhp

For not a lot of money you can get your car to somewhere in the area of 280-295 bhp. To go beyond that you need to change injectors and turbo, both of which will max out before 300 bhp as a rule. The good bit is that these same mods are the same good grounwork to get the best out of whatever you do next if you go for pink STi injectors and a bigger turbo.

Walbro fuel pump or similar. Full decat exhaust, preferably a proven performance exhaust, 3" open neck down pipe to cater for "project creep" but a 2.5" will do just as well, do not get a back box from one place, centre pipe from another and D/P from elsewhere. Ported headers and matched uppipe. Possibly 3 port BSV and a good remap and you should be in the bracket 280-295 bhp. Your modifications have to be all joined up ie complimentary. Pick and mix and results will be varied.

i have the open 3" neck (if you mean the pipe end that bolts to the turbo) my mapper wouldnt take it anymore that 265bhp, said it was enough for that set up. always nice to have that little bit more. ha ha

a decat down pipe and centre decat (resignator pipe and up pipe cat is still on)
cold feed induction kit
(needing a uprated fuel pump fitting)

then mapped with map switch

do you think they would go more

If you do what I have outlined above or if we did that on your car with mapping done here, you would have the power output I have indicated.

sounds good. i suppose the next step would be getting what i need to go pass the 300. as it would be worth spending money on the remap again. what do you think. what do you charge for remap

The STi pinks, in good condition, will max out 370-380 bhp or thereabouts. You need 600cc or 650cc to go beyond that level.
VF 30 is typically around 330-340 bhp. Others may have a comment on that.
Walbro GS 342 fuel pump, 255 lph is starting point. £75 posted. £100 fitted.

3" Milltek decat, decatted up pipe, VF35, STI pinks, Walbro fuel pump, K&N panel filter and a remap will see a WRX at a reliable 320 bhp. VF 35 spools up nice and quick too
