Default Hesitation on light throttle causing fault code 23 (maf) help ???

Maf fault code 23 keeps showing with diagnostic check under dash, replaced with brand new genuine maf sensor and reset ecu, took out for test drive and there was still slight hesitation on light throttle check fault codes again and code 23 showing again, every time I reset and road test if it hesitates on light throttle it brings fault code 23 up any ideas please ??????

probably a leak between maf and turbo.. inlet pipe split where it meets turbo?

boost solenoid vent into inlet pipe split or not connected?

Intake pipe is a new silicone pipe but I will check boost solenoid pipes could anything else cause maf fault code to keep showing just seems to be when I notice hesitation at low throttle

assuming new silicone pipe has the standard take offs on it, follow them and check all pipes are on and not split.. cam breathers for example.
