I always just cut the bobble off the original thermostat and drilled the hole out a bit bigger. If you defo wanted a Zerosports, why not arrange a group buy?
Not real gain from a different oil filter either....maybe fit a magnetic sump plug, but that's it.

Digging up an old thread here, but I find this interesting. How much bigger is a 'bit' bigger?
What size drill bit do you recommend using?

The ZeroSports ones even from Scoobyclinic are about £80 delivered
I think the Mishi ones are the cheapest, but I don't know if when they fail they fail open like the ZS ones and the Cosworth ones
It's very crude drilling holes in your thermostat and not recommended for a normal road/track car.

I am sure it's great Rob. I've never had a ZS fail on me and I've had 3 Scoobs over 5 years without failure I just wasn't sure if the Mishi ones failed open in the event of failure preventing the engine boiling it's **** off The ZS ones fail in the open position in the event of failure so the worst that happens is reduced performance from a cold engine.
