Default Lambda on a Forester

The Lambda sensor on my 2003 Forester 2.0 (non Turbo) recently died. My local garage have checked it out an it is definitely the sensor that has failed. My local Subaru dealer has quoted me ~£300 for a new original Subaru part - which I simply can't afford. They also refused to tell me the part number for cross referencing.

Can anyone help with a part number so I can cross reference to a denso or bosch repalcement.
Engine No: EJ201NWUAB
VIN: JF1SG5KK43GXXXXX

Many thanks...
