Hi, yesterday mounted a 3-inch downpipe and I have peak pressure of 1.1 bar ..
I know that I have to install a manual boost valve but not sure which course is the maximum pressure that can safely regulate the standard ECU
I have read many things 1.02 bar, 1.1 bar, 1.2 bar ...
My car is a GT 99 '
and another question, if I mount a manual boost valve the turbo pressure will be fixed and constant? or vary according to the revolutions per minute or by other factors such as when there is no manual valve? CORRECTED
thanks in advance

ecu will be in the passenger side under the carpets. remove the plastic on the door sills, ease up the carpet. the ecu will be mounted in a metal box. read the number on the ecu and get back to us.
manual boost controllers are notoriously bad at regulating boost and unless you know what you are doing i would leave well alone. there are so many variables to consider. it's not just a case of increasing the boost and hoping for the best. fuel pressure, air fuel ratios, timing. this is why most tuners recommend a proper reprogrammable ecu for modifications. Ecutek, Simtek, motec, solaris all do a good job but will be alot more expensive than a manual boost controller.
