Default Brembo question

Im thinking of fitting my brembo's this week

i have braided brake line now fitted wit my 4 pot calipers

if i fit them brembo's do i need different bfront brake lines
or will my ones from my 4 pots fit the brembo calipers?

They will fit, mine did, although mine weren't braided they were stock wrx ones.

Depends if they are 'Subaru Brembo' or aftermarket Brembo.

The Subaru Brembos will work fine, but other Brembos (same size etc etc) will have a different brake line fitment.

the ones i fitted went on fine. same lines as the standard 4 pots
they were off a 2003 sti.

only the wheels have fitting issues mate.
you need min of the sti v7 alloys

you will defo need the oe brembo caliper bolts as they are longer,lines should be fine.

Yes the hoses are the same , as mentioned , get the bolts with the brembo's as they are a different thread to the subaru calipers

whats the cheapest disc's and pads you could do ian?

got rota boosts so should be fine

Don't go for "cheapest"!

Go for EBC Bluestuff pads, which are superb, plus std or whatever discs Ian suggests. You'll appreciate it!
