Default Something wrong with fueal, boost control

Hello!

I got problem after changing turbo TD05 (witch ended with blue smoke from exhaust) to TD04. Car was standing like 5 days in minus 15. After turbo swap everything started. In morning when I start up... car's fuel pumps relay makes sound... When I start to drive, there is like some fuel cut or something like that... After like 20 mins's when it gets warmed up everything is ok. But after that, I get fuel cut time to time.. .And most strange thing is that, that boos even comes to 1,3 -1,5 bar. Why so high pressure?

Checked things (swaped from other car):

ECU
engine temperature sensor
cleaned that sensor, which is responsible for boost control (next to air filter)
changed fuel pump
changed fuel pump relay
