As above, for a modified classic impreza (track use only)...

Which are better out of the two?

Default Plug choice

I'd steer away from the iridium plugs. Aparantly Subaru engines don't like them. Get sons ngk platinum PFR7b plugs. Colder plug than standard 6's so better for tuned engines/track use. Should set you back around 35 quid ish.

Ah right, will be able to get them one's from work then methinks... should be less then 35 for me

Also got myself a set of V7 STI Coilpacks so will be doing the Coil Pack conversion.... no week sparks for me
