Hi All

Just looking for some advice. I have MY99 RB5 with PPP and the old intercooler is looking very worn.

Would a 99/00 V5/6 STI intercooler be ok for my car and be a straight swop? I don't want to start cutting pipes and brackets.

Also my car has the ppp would it need a remap? I don't want to remap it if I can.

If your going for an sti intercooler , make sure you pick up the pipework that comes with it(red intake hose opposed to the STD plastic oe item) if you can as it is far less restrictive than std one or buy a samco/ prodrive y pipe which will also aid airflow .

 

if you are looking for a sti6 ic ive got one for sale £80 inc silicone y pipe but exc delivery.

 

I have an STi 5 one (same as above) with the silicone, for sale too lol...
