HI guys,

Just in the process of obtaining myself a twin scroll set up for my 02 wrx.

I will have-
vf37 turbo, twin scroll sump,twin scroll headers and up pipe, twin scroll down pipe, sti pink injectors and sti top mount. Clutch is already uprated too.

Apart from the obvious remap ( and bigger brakes) is there anything else I'll need for this conversion?

Is yours a JDM or UK model? The reason I ask is in relation to whether you have AVCS heads in order to get the best from your new setup.

I'd look at fitting PFR7B spark plugs as well if you haven't already got them installed.

 

Dipstick and tube?

Fuel Pump? Yours is nearly 10 years old.

Maybe check downpipe will fit your exhaust?

Cannon fodder- its a uk model, I totally forgot about the heads, do you konw if this will make a huge difference or am i best sourcing AVCS heads to match? Glad you mentioned spark plugs that was to be my next question

Tony- Cheers I'm not sure if the sump i'm getting will include the dip stick as it wont be here till thursday, may have to get myself one from somewhere? Thanks.

Grant74- Yeah forgot to mention I'l obviously be getting fuel pump replaced and an oil change service etc.

I don't think that you can just fit AVCS heads, you also need to fit all the other bits to make them work - from memory the engine loom is different as are the cam pulleys etc I'm no expert and there might be more or less to it.

I don't think it would be worth the extra expense it would cost you to get it done.

It will all work of course and good luck with the modifications.

injectors will be a limiting factor aswel mate as bugeye wrx are 440's pink sti 550's would be better mate

You will need the oil pick-up pipe and windage tray also.
