Lateral / Wiseco 2.1L piston dish volume

As Title says, dose anyone know what the dish volume is in CC please?

I asume the 92.5mm and 93mm are the same?

Can anyone also confirm that a stock v2 STI head has a combustion volume of 46cc?

I spoke to Mark from Lateral performance and he says the dish is 16cc and he thinks the V2 STI head combustion volume is 43.5cc
