Default turbo pipes snapped!!

hi i have been tracing a water leak for weeks now after changing water pump an varius awkward pipes the leak was still presant anyway i think ive finally traced it to the lower water pipe bolted on the side of the turbo .

so i wd40`d the buggers up an couple hours later cranked a 19mm ring spanner round and snap ,both the 19mm heads snapped off with the remainder stuck in the turbo rotten as a pair,
and in the end the one that goes down n under the turbo had a two inch rott hole and again the whole pipe was rotten.

so am pleased ive found the culprit but now ive got to find new ones and not sure where to get them or what they are called.

and how two get the rest out of the turbo,im guessing this might be a common thing with these so wondered if anyone has had similar problem and how they fixed it .

any help wouldbe appreciated im stumped

What turbo is it mate, if it's a td04 you should be able to pick one up on here for £30-40 - saves you trying to get your bolts out and if it's off a breaker it should come with the water pipes.

would also suggest you put some coolant/antifreeze in your mix, looks like your running pure water to rot the pipes like that !

They are banjo bolts... might be hard to get it all out, unless you drill and tap them, but there isnt much room to work with around there

ive got the pipes and bolts you need but i think it maybe more work than its worth trying to get the old snapped bolt out. td04's are cheep, that would be you best option then messing with the one you have.

let me know if your going to try the hard way and ill post them out
