Underseal

Underseal
I've noticed some surface rust on my inner arches that I want to deal with. At the minute it looks like simple surface rust that will brush off with a wire brush. On my rear arches there are no liners, but the front has a half liner covering a portion of the inner arch.
Is it as easy as buying a wire brush attachment, some rust treatment gel and underseal?
The whole car was undersealed last year but the arches were obviously not done.

Thanks guys. I'm gonna give this ago once the weather picks up a bit more in April. Quite worrying how much damage gets done by the bad weather we had over the winter.

personally i use hammerite underseal which has a good amount of waxoyl as an ingredient. use it on my classic cars .. it also stays a bit rubbery so will deflect stone etc without any damage ...... goes on easy to

I had the same on my car and I can recommend Dinitrol products HERE
I bought their small car aerosol kit ( DIN02S ) and still got loads left. I used 3125 along seams and then 4941 over the top.
