hi there my central locking has stopped working could it be because i have taken the engine out and something not connected now or not, plus my cd player has stopped as well. it a 1995 wrx import

I just changed the engine in my 1995 wrx. I didnt have any issues with the central locking or radio. Are all the other electrics working ok??

well the engine ain't in yet, but the lights work. And when you turn the heaters on they blow cold air like they should, the cigarette lighter don't work either. It as if there ain't any power going to it

I had the same thing once i taken the engine out of my clio. I put it down to not having all the earths earthed on the block. sorry i cant shed anymore light on it the issue. If it dont work once the engine is back in then it could be a fuse.
