polished ported sti 3/4 heads cams etc,
venom 550 injectors and fpr,
front mount,
cosworth head gaskets,
arp bolts,
uprated oil pump,
full decat exhaust inc 1 piece headers,
prob missed something but ya get the jist.
was thinking 10/40? or would a 10/50 be better?
also semi or fully synthetic?
any advice and also which brand would be great,

Yes, those tests show that Royal Purple is absolutely amazing oil, but when they are sponsoring the tests, the results aren't ever going to go against them. There's several tests doing the rounds on the internet, but they are all from RP.
We had some of their oils chemically tested and we weren't impressed. Most of them contain high sulphur levels, which combined with high temps can produce acidic compounds, the last thing you want around the metals of your engine.
