if i change my original manifold for an after market one on average how much more power will it increase on average?

currently putting out about 320bhp with decat exhaust, hks induction, fuel pump 255 and a remap on the original ecu.

will a £400 manifold be wort the extra power increase?

just clean the ports up on your standard ones port/polish unless going over 400 bhp/torque and save your money .

 

what would you say then to increase power?

new to this games where are the ports and how do i clean thm? bit of a nooby

 

Which turbo you are now running?
You have decated up pipe fitted as well,HKS induction is not the best,look for K&N.
Injectors which you have fitted etc.

its the standard turbo and injectors for an 04 sti, in the process of fog light conversion to a air intake just need the time to remove the wheel arch etc to fit my air pipe which will blow str8 on to the racin induction kit

 

to be fair i would be surprised if there was any gain to be had ,maybe slight chance of increased lag if up pipe is slightly oversized ,at your level standard headers or ported to help spool up with standard air box work well and proven time again
