Could someone help with what layout my exhaust system is please. Mine is a 2004 STi Jap Import.

I know the Jap system is ment to be different to uk? Any one botany pics?

 

Will a classes shape silencer and centre section fit mine?

 

The main difference is the downpipe mouth. That JDM is twinscroll so the bellmouth is different. The other parts of the exhaust *should" be interchangeable, dependant on length of downpipe etc.

 

Compared to a uk car you have a shorter downpipe, longer centre section and standard length backbox, this is if it a 2004 car and not a 2005 which is different.

So would a classes impreza exhaust fit mine? Apart from down pipe of course?

I'm sure mine is 4 piece system.

 

As already said it all depends on your downpipe length and since we don't know which one you have, it's pretty much impossible to advise. I have seen several aftermarket twinscroll DP's vary in length, so unless it is a boggo standard twinscroll downpipe, you would need to get under and take a photo and/or measure.
