Its 270 at the fly wheel engine should not be a problem its got forged bits and cometic gaskets should be good for 450 i think i was told guessing standard gearbox would be the limit of power with out spending big money.

440 injectors are not a lot of money as already said.
A budget of £250 for turbo and you can get something really good. VF23, VF24, VF28, VF29, VF30, VF35. You might even pick up something for £200 but you must make sure what you are buying is in good working order. With a bit of effort you can fit your own turbo and injectors but on your Classic we would charge you £75 if we did it.
If you cannot accomodate these budgets then you shouldn't be tuning your car because you could probably achieve the whole plan within £250.

what would the differnces be between all those turbos. my budget is not that bad just i dont afford a vf34 cos i found new ones for about a grand and cant find any second hand ones. and had heared running the power they can give the gearbox will not last and prob best ran with a uprated clutch poss even diffs thats when the money gets tight. i would rather have bit less power than a 34 can give but still drive it, rather than ahve a 34 for a few weeks then blow some thing and have it off the road.

A 34 will not kill any of the above.

Unless on way out already.

If you read what was stated by harvey earlier its simple buy a vf 23,28,or vf 30, just check the general condition, and away you go.

Thanks Midnight. It's sometimes difficult to help people that don't read or take it in.
