impreza runnig issue

hi i previously posted about this problem with my 96 impreza turbo but it is now baffleing me,(wish ad stuck wi mi ford)i drove the car again and when i turn it off n leave it for ten mins then try starting it agen it will not start or fire just turns over n over(dosent happen all the time just at least once a day).ive reset ecu fault codes and its done it agen but not showed up any faults at all????? it takes about ten to 15mins of turning it over n a lot of swearing then it will start.ive checked fuel thats defo not the problem,could crank sensor fail somtimes?? anyone gt any ideas???

my last engine used to do that quite a lot but saying that not everyday, it was cranksensor i think that was faulty and the cambelt wearing away from the inside caused the bang at the end.

Do you touch the accelerator when trying the hot start? On my old scoob if I even looked at the pedal when it was warm it wouldn't start until I'd cranked it for five minutes................

hi no i tryed pushing accelerator didnt make a differance,also just tryed starting it without pressin it but still dont start for about ten mins.
